Eunice Mboya is a dynamic leader and an advocate for disability inclusion. Drawing on her lived experience as a Deaf person who overcame poverty, Eunice has over 12 years of hands-on expertise in policy development, community mobilization, and legislative advocacy. As the Secretary General, she spearheads strategic initiatives that empower Deaf youth and women, advance human rights, and foster equitable access to education, employment, and public services.
