Kenya is home to approximately 2.75 million deaf persons, who are an integral part of our society. Yet, they continue to face significant challenges in navigating daily life. This afternoon, I met with a delegation from the Nairobi Association of the Deaf at the Ministry Headquarters. Our discussions focused on how
